New Video Viewer

I rolled out a new video viewer today to help the popup impaired. No one should have any issues with this but if you do let me know.

    i cant use the site anymore! higher flash players arent out for all os. can you guys please put the link to the vid at the bottom of the pop up or something?if so it would be greatly appreciated
